I have been with Stratton since November 2017.
What roles have you held previously?
I have been in sales, people development & management across the health, fitness & telco sectors for +10 years in WA prior to moving to NSW & landing at Stratton. I was privileged to start with Stratton in our NSW office in November 2017 as a finance consultant and then promoted to Sales Manager prior to moving over to our Melbourne office!
What are you driving?
A Range Rover.

What is your role today and your objective?
My current role is VIC State Manager
My objective(s) can be summed up by a great Michael Jordan quote – “You play the game to win, always”. Our company vision is Reshaping the future of asset finance – powered by great people and technology to deliver seamless customer experiences, so I’m committed to giving my best to our team & our customers every day in line with this vision.
What are you most excited about for the future?
Our vision reaches far into the future & directs us on a customer & people first-journey that will be exciting, challenging, and trailblazing. Being a part of this journey and having been given the autonomy to work towards this is extremely exciting. The landscape we work in is ever evolving with market movements, shifting customer’s needs & technological advances which means we can never get bored or stale!
Most importantly, why do you love coming to work everyday?
I’m a big believer in “first who, then what” (credit Jim Collins), in relation to a work culture. I’m blessed to have the great people around me that continue to hold me accountable to extremely high standards & are insatiably driven to being the best we can. I’m daily surrounded by people who remind me of things like “there’s no road blocks, just building blocks”, “if you want to be the best, you don’t have the luxury of shrugging off a bad performance, you face it, fix it & prepare to be better next time” & “when you blend a culture of discipline with an ethic of entrepreneurship, you get a magical alchemy resulting in superior performance”, how could I not love being a part of a culture that demands excellence to that level!
