Chance to Win $1,000 Towards Fuel (or Your EV)

2.      Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.      Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

4.      Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex‑spouse, de‑facto spouse, child or step‑child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step‑parent, grandparent, step‑grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step‑brother, step‑sister or first cousin.

5.      Entries into the Promotion open at 12:01am AEST on Wednesday 22 April 2026 and close at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

How to Enter

6.      To enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

• Submit an application for an Eligible Loan (defined below) through Stratton Finance; and
• Have the loan approved and fully settled during the Promotional Period.

7.      Each Eligible Loan settled during the Promotional Period constitutes one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple entries are permitted, with one (1) entry per settled loan.

8.      “Eligible Loans” include secured or unsecured loans of $5,000 or more, arranged through Stratton Finance for personal or commercial purposes, subject to lender approval and eligibility criteria.

9.      Applications that are not approved and settled within the Promotional Period will not qualify for entry.

10.   The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has tampered with the entry process or breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

11.   Incomplete, incorrect, or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

12.   If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prize Details

13.   There are five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) $1,000 fuel gift card, issued by a provider nominated by the Promoter. The first five (5) valid entries drawn for the Promotion will each win a prize. 

14.   The total prize pool value is $5,000.

15.   Where the winning entry relates to finance for an electric vehicle (EV), the winner may elect to receive a digital Visa card of equal value ($1,000) in place of the fuel gift card.

16.   The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, except as expressly permitted under clause 15.

17.   Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. Any unused balance of the prize will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the fuel gift card or Virtual Visa card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

Draw and Winner Notification

18.   The draw will take place on Thursday 9 July 2026 at 12:30pm AEST at 1/435 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne VIC 3207.

19.   The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid or ineligible entry is drawn.

20.   Winners will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.

21.   The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

22.   Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the time specified by the Promoter, the prize may be forfeited.

23.   Winners from SA and ACT, if any, will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at https://www.strattonfinance.com.au/campaigns/eofy-fuel-promotion on Thursday 16 July 2026.

24.   Winners must claim their prize by Wednesday 29 July 2026. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Thursday 30 July 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners from SA and ACT, if any, will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) at https://www.strattonfinance.com.au/campaigns/eofy-fuel-promotion on Thursday 6 August 2026. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw must claim their prize by Monday 17 August 2026.

General Conditions

25.   This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Stratton Finance gift card or incentive offer.

26.   Applications for finance are subject to lender credit assessment, eligibility criteria, and standard terms, conditions, fees, and charges.

27.   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

28.   If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (including, but not limited to, technical failure, fraud, or unauthorised intervention), the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to regulatory approval, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

29.   The Promoter may receive a benefit for loans settled through one of Stratton’s panel of lenders.

30.   If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

31.   Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

Liability

32.   Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non‑Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

33.   Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss (including loss of opportunity), damage, or personal injury, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use / taking of a prize.

Privacy

34.   The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties including service providers and regulatory authorities.

35.   Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.strattonfinance.com.au/privacy-policy

36.   By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the use of their personal information for promotional, marketing, and administrative purposes, including electronic communications, unless they opt out.

37.   In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.  The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside of Australia as per the Privacy Policy.
