What is your role today and your objective?
My role as a Finance Sales Consultant is to take someone through their journey of financing their dream car in the smoothest way possible.
What's an example of a great Stratton Finance customer experience you've been involved with?
Anytime I receive a text from a customer explaining how happy they are to take delivery of their dream car and how easy the process was with me at Stratton; that always puts a smile on my face.
How do you feel SF is differentiated in the market and the value we add?
I think Stratton Finance has a unique place in the market with the amount of access we have to lenders along with lender knowledge, we can find a solution for anyone.
What are you most excited about for the future?
I think the future for automotive and asset finance will only get better. With many lenders exiting dealerships more people will be seeking external finance solutions to purchase and finance their vehicles.
Most importantly, why do you love coming to work everyday?
I love working at Stratton Finance because I feel we add significant value to the marketplace, there isn't many brokerage companies for automotive and asset finance in Australia. I love speaking to people and taking them through their journey from application to picking their car up. My favourite thing is checking my phone on Saturday afternoon to see my customers texting me photos of their newly picked up car.
