Roles you’ve held previously?
I started as a receptionist/administration officer, became the office manager, and then moved into marketing. It's been great to be able to move and grow within the same organisation.
What you’re driving?
A black Holden Astra. Parking really isn't my strong suit, so a smaller car makes parallel parking a lot easier.
The hard hitting part
What is your role today and your objective?
My role is Marketing Consultant. My main focus is to help our Marine and Leisure team, and our franchises with their marketing strategies, but I also assist the wider team to have Stratton at the top of the market.
What are you most excited about for the future?
There are so many changes happening in the digital world and it's allowing us to come up with more creative ways to reach our customers. With all of the social platforms designing new ways to interact with the community, it will be great to see how far we can actually go to properly and quickly engage with people.
Most importantly, why do you love coming to work everyday?
It's all about the people. Every office and every employee is so willing to help each other, and to give our customers the best experience. With many people working from home nowadays, it's nice to be able to come in and interact with a great team that want to work together for a common goal.
