Roles you’ve held previously?
In the past, I worked in novated leasing with Avis and Budget overseas. Here at Stratton Finance, I started in the Settlements team and then moved to a Finance Consultant role.
What you’re driving?

What is your role today and your objective?
I’m currently working as a Finance Consultant, and my aim is to deliver exceptional value to my customers. I always try to work with “tricky” deals and learn new things as I progress within the role.
My main objective is to:
- Make a difference to our clients, I’m invested in their success and want to communicate that I’m on their side 100%. We are not a front desk business but the emotions and attitudes can easily be read over the phone. I want to show to all my customers that I care about their business and that their request for finance matters to me as much as it matters to them
What’s an example of a great SF customer experience you’ve been involved with?
I want all my customers to be satisfied with our finance process. However, it means a lot to me every time a customer sends a warm thank you email or spends some time to write an online review after we settle their loan. My biggest satisfaction comes from repeat clients, having customers coming back or referring their friends and family is one of the best rewards in this role.
How do you feel SF is differentiated in the market and the value we add?
We are big in our space, we are specializing in asset finance and we have the ability to finance pretty much anything. Our panel of lenders and our relationship with them is what makes us different. We offer more than 80 finance products to give our customers the choice they deserve.
What are you most excited about for the future?
The opportunities! From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt that this business has the potential to be big and stand out from its competitors in the Australian market. I look forward to what the future will bring us and the opportunities that might arise for the business and myself.
Most importantly, why do you love coming to work every day?
The vibe, the atmosphere and the office culture. The office reminds me of the University Union where everyone was keen to learn and get things done but at the same time everyone was causing a bit of mayhem! Our culture is unique I don’t think there a single person that has been in our office and hasn’t enjoyed the atmosphere.
