Team Leader – To create a high-performance team who deliver cutting edge solutions and great service to our clients, while also having a great time.
What’s an example of a great SF customer experience you’ve been involved with?
I once had a client I had sold Suncorp insurance to. Someone crashed into his car and it was badly damaged. Suncorp decided to repair it instead of replace it – I was able to escalate this, review the decision and overturn it. Our client had his car replaced with a new one and was over the moon.
How do you feel SF is differentiated in the market and the value we add?
We deliver a truly personalised service, we are efficient, we are transparent and we have the customers best interest at heart. We also offer state of the art options across both finance and insurance.
What are you most excited about for the future?
Rebuilding the NSW team to 20+ high performing staff.
