What is your role today and your objective?
My role today is a Finance Consultant. My objective is to become the best Finance Consultant I can be with regards to efficiency, productivity and making sure my clients are satisfied.
What’s an example of a great SF customer experience you’ve been involved with?
I was able to have a client approved and settled within a day and a half, they were able to get the car very quickly and were extremely satisfied with the service. They were kind enough to directly message a positive review to my Manager about my service and sent me a weekend message with photos of the car.
How do you feel SF is differentiated in the market and the value we add?
SF has a great in house work culture which allows the different and big personalities to really come alive and be themselves. Everyone is happy to come to work and thrive in this environment.
What are you most excited about for the future?
I am personally most excited about building myself a solid financially stable future and surrounding myself with people who are successful and driven.
Most importantly, why do you love coming to work every day?
I love coming to work every day because the people in my team are the best I have ever worked with, they are extremely flexible and always willing to lend a hand.
