How To Enable JavaScript

To enable JavaScript in your web browser, please select your browser from the list below and follow the instructions. To check your browser type and version, click on the Help menu and select About.

Select your browser:

Firefox

  1. From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Options'.
  2. Select 'Web Features'.
  3. Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
  4. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Internet Explorer for Windows

  1. From the browser's 'Tools' menu, select 'Internet Options...'.
  2. Select the 'Security' tab.
  3. Select the 'Internet' or 'Internet zone' icon.
  4. Push the 'Custom Level...' button.
  5. Scroll down the Settings list to the 'Scripting' item (you may need to double-click on icons to expand lists).
  6. Under the 'Active scripting' item, choose the 'Enable' radio button.
  7. Under the 'Scripting of Java applets' item, choose the 'Enable' radio button.
  8. Push 'OK' and 'Yes' to confirm and close the Security Settings dialog box, then 'OK' again to close the Internet Options dialog box.
  9. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Mozilla

  1. From the 'Edit' menu, select 'Preferences'.
  2. Click on the arrow next to 'Advanced'.
  3. Click on 'Scripts & Plugins'.
  4. Check the 'Navigator' checkbox beneath 'Enabled JavaScript for'.
  5. Click the 'OK' buttons to close the Preferences dialog box.
  6. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Opera

  1. From the browser's 'Tools' menu, select 'Quick Preferences'.
  2. Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
  3. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Safari

  1. From the 'Safari' menu, select 'Preferences'.
  2. Select 'Security'.
  3. Check the 'Enable Java' and 'Enable JavaScript' checkboxes.
  4. Close the Preferences window.
  5. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Netscape

  1. From the 'Edit' menu, select 'Preferences'.
  2. Click on the arrow next to 'Advanced'.
  3. Click on 'Scripts & Plugins'.
  4. Check the 'Navigator' checkbox beneath 'Enabled JavaScript for'.
  5. Click the 'OK' buttons to close the Preferences dialog box.
  6. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Camino

  1. From the 'Camino' menu, select "Preferences".
  2. Select 'Web Features'.
  3. Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
  4. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Konqueror

  1. Select 'Settings'.
  2. Select 'Configure Konqueror'.
  3. Select 'Konquerer Browser'.
  4. Select 'Java/JavaScript'.
  5. Check the 'Enable JavaScript Globally' checkbox.
  6. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.

Flock

  1. From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Options'.
  2. Select 'Web Features'.
  3. Check the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
  4. Re-load the page on which you were experincing problems.
