Managing DirectorRob is a self-confessed service addict. Growing the Stratton Finance business from the ground up, the route to continued growth and success has been paved with customer care and quality products.
Completing a mechanic apprenticeship and going on to lecture in motor vehicle engineering, Rob's first venture as an entrepreneur was a chauffeured limousine business that expanded to include helicopters and jets. Running the business successfully for more than 7 years, in 1992 Rob was eventually convinced to try out life in Australia with the encouragement of a good customer and friend.
Starting Stratton Finance in 1998 on the back of sales and finance experience with several prestige brands, Rob's vision of superior service, brand clarity and robust systems quickly grew the business that is Stratton today. Rob's continual evolution of the business model and investment in scalable, advanced technology are major factors in the appeal and operational ease of Stratton's franchise operations.
Although he's no longer in the chauffeur business, Rob is Geeves to his three young boys with his canine co-driver, Polly. An avid cyclist, he spends some time 'in the saddle' most weekends - spot him in the signature Stratton jersey!
