The following 8 steps will help you decide whether stratton is right for you, and whether you are right for us.

Step 1: Get in touch

You start the process by contacting our franchise team by calling 1300 STRATTON (1300 787 288), sending an e-mail to franchising@stratton.com.au or completing an online enquiry.

Once we've received your enquiry our Franchise Development Manager will be in touch to briefly discuss the stratton franchise partner opportunity. This initial discussion gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you have. We'll send out an information pack to help you become more familiar with our franchise partner offer.

Step 2: Getting to know each other

If you'd like to pursue your interest, our Franchise Development Manager will have further discussions with you. We need to decide whether the stratton franchising opportunity is right for you, and you for it.

Step 3: Your application

Suitable applicants are invited to complete an application form. We'll answer any further questions you may have and we'll also need to obtain a more detailed personal profile. We'll request a refundable deposit to be placed in trust until your application is accepted and a final decision made.

Step 4: First official meeting

We'll discuss your application and go through your questions. We'll also provide formal documentation for you to take to your advisors.

Step 5: Due diligence

The next step is your due diligence process - you'll need to obtain legal advice, organise your finances and decide if this is the right business for you.

Step 6: Second official meeting

This is a further opportunity to ask about any areas of our business that you are unsure about. We'll get into the details of your business, ensuring that we understand what you expect and you understand what we expect of you.

Step 7: Welcome to the stratton franchise network

Welcome aboard! Your application has been accepted. At this point we'll confirm your commencement date and schedule your induction.

Step 8: Induction & accreditation

Agreements will be finalised and signed. Prior to operating as a stratton consultant you'll need to complete a two week intensive training course. You will then need to complete your accreditation with our lenders.
