John Grant

Chief Executive Officer John was appointed CEO in March 2011. Immediately prior to this John served as Corporate Account Director for RP Data (RPX), working with major banks and financial services entities.

John has previously consulted to companies in the property, technology and financial services industries. As founder and director of Lending Technology Services from 1998 to 2008, John has first-hand experience in the commercialisation of proprietary technology solutions, taking a local business to the international market and ultimately negotiating its sale to US private equity interests.

From 1987 to 1998 John built a career as a solicitor, including running his own practice for seven years.

John is a father of three. Well-known for his boundless energy, John has competed at an elite level in national and international competition as a triathlete, rower and cyclist.

National Risk and Compliance Manager Steve started at Stratton Finance as a Cadet in 2007. He quickly worked his way up to Finance Consultant and before too long was promoted again, becoming Settlements Manager.
