Vehicle Finance Consultant (Commercial)
Are you an expert at commercial car finance, knowledgeable in Leasing, Hire Purchase, Chattel Mortage and Novated Leasing and able to structure finance packages around a business' tax, cash-flow and risk requirements?
We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join our commercial car finance team as a finance broker. You will have access to Australia's best commercial car finance products (some with exclusive agency), ongoing training & support, an in-house settlements support team and receive excellent on-target remuneration.
Ideal candidates will have two or more years experience as a finance broker, dealership Business Manager or salesperson at a vehicle finance company.

Are you an expert at plant & equipment finance, experienced in identifying a business' needs, structuring finance packages around a business' tax, cash-flow and risk requirements and presenting applications to lenders?
We require experienced and motivated plant & equipment finance consultants to join our fast growing equipment finance division as a finance broker.
You will have access to large variety of major lenders and receive excellent on-target remuneration.
Ideal candidates will have two or more years experience as a plant & equipment finance broker, or experience working for a plant & equipment financier and experience in sales.

Stratton Finance Accelerate Program
Are you interested in a career in banking and finance? Have you recently attained your degree or tertiary qualification? Do you ultimately want the opportunity to run your own financial services business?
The Stratton Accelerated Program offers graduates the opportunity to receive hands on training in all aspects of asset finance and risk mitigation services, in a fast-paced, technology-driven business. You will have access to ongoing training and support and learn the critical communication skills needed for positive customer interaction and lender liaison.
The program offers graduate opportunities starting in January or July of each year. Ideal candidates will have recently graduated with a relevant degree or tertiary qualification. You will be professionally presented and have the drive to succeed at the highest level.
