Richard was brilliant to deal with! You are in Melbourne, I am in Canberra and the car that I am buying is in Sydney, but the whole process was pretty much painless :-) Richard was very clear in his instructions of what he needed from me and he was always available to talk or email. I never had to wait too long at all for a response. The overall cost of purchasing the car was much better than I could have got anywhere else as well. Richard was also very friendly, professional and was not pushy like other people I spoke to. All in all - I am a very satisfied customer who has a very good experience.
