I want to commend Stratton Finance, and in particular Eric, on their level of service. We had been trying to get a quote on a Fully Maintained Novated Lease for about three weeks when we stumbled upon Stratton. We had submitted a number of enquiries to other lenders/brokers, and it seemed that noone was interested in our business. I do understand it is a one-off lease (not a number of leases) but I feel that is quite a substanial one! We were contacted by Eric the same day we submitted our application. He was very helpful, explaining the benefits of the various types of finance available to us. We decided upon the Novated Lease and went ahead with the application. Eric has guided us every step of the way. He has been in touch with us on almost a daily basis, and made it extremely easy to get through the process. Today, we received confirmation that we were approved for finance and had our offer for a vehicle accepted - needless to say, my partner is EXTREMELY excited to hear this news! Eric has been contactable in a number of ways too, which is very appreciated to someone who has just started a new job and is not always able to chat on the phone. I think we made a great choice in going with Stratton, and I really want to express exactly how much gratitude we feel towards Eric progressing our application in such a timely manner. - Amanda W
