I'd just like to say I most certainly have never experienced a better customer service in my life. It's a breath of fresh air in the world of overseas call centers, 'celebrity' shop attendants and all other rock stars that unfortunately chose to work in customer service! :) Being in the industry myself and having tried to train hundreds of people, I can only wish we could clone people like Tim Wilson. But in all seriousness - I'm one of those nightmare customers you never want to deal with. It's a long story, but you should read it to see what your employees are willing to go through for your customers. I called him probably 30 times around 8 months ago to give me finance quotes on all different cars and even a boat! He was not only patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable, but somehow managed to be so personable and friendly at the same time. Since we talked 3 times a day- at some stage, I felt like we were actually friends. I nearly bought a car at the end of this painstaking process. It was interstate and on the weekend. Tim actually offered his help organizing mechanical reports and gave me his mobile number, so I can contact him on a Saturday! Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying a car at all back then, as I got a temporary work vehicle. So 2-3 weeks of his hard work went to waste. Last week I contacted him again as I now need another car for work. I honestly expected him to slam the phone down as soon as he heard my name- if he remembered me. Instead, he cheerfully greeted me, remembered my name, asked if I bought the boat we talked about 8 months ago and asked how he can help me. The guy is a saint! Again, I asked him for quotes on 3 different cars, he gave me his very educated advice on which to choose and emailed me the application within 10 minutes. Today I called him again saying I've decided on a car that he warned me not to buy, as it's an import and it's hard to get finance for it. Despite that, he still tried to help me and said he'd get advice from somebody that deals with import cars. He's an inspiration! He has something that every organization in the world wants, they try to unsuccessfully teach it to all their hopeless sales reps and consultants, Dale Carnegie and hundreds of others wrote thousands of books on the subject but you just can't teach this kind of attitude. It's priceless. I am really sorry for being such a pain, but I promise I'll get finance with you guys for the rest of my life, I tell everyone about my experience and recommend your business to all my friends and customers. - Nicole N
