I had a very positive experience. David Long was very helpful, answering my many questions. A general comment I made to someone was that it was very hard to compare different companies for doing the novated lease because they all report it differently. It made it hard to get my head around which was the better company for my car and who had the better conditions. I chose Stratton because they seemed to have the best interest rate and fees overall (and seemed to be the most transparent). But even now I'm not 100% sure because no two companies report it the same way. Just an observation. Since taking on my lease, I've had no problems with the people who do the day to day stuff, in fact they have been very helpful so far. The guy at my corporation who looks after the salary sacrificing liked the 2 months of grace to set things up. I'm not sure he totally had his head around it at the start (caused me some grief because he changed the date that payments would start to come out on without really making it clear that he was doing it) but that extra time seemed to appeal to him.
