Overall very happy with Bruce, and everyone else's service at Stratton. Just a small hiccup on the quote, that was less than what was actually charged. Had to re-do all the paperwork, and it will cost me $1,200 more over the contract. Bruce made the gesture of waiving the customer service fee, so I feel it was acknowledged properly. Will offer Stratton the opportunity for any future needs. - Peter M
