Extremely happy with the service from Stratton, and James was great. I found James easy to talk to and had great advice on what options that were available in financing my new car. After buying many cars over the years this was the first time I have transacted the entire deal through the internet. I was looking through carsales.com.au one weekend and came across your website and made my enquiry online. James was in contact on Monday and was extremely helpful all the way through the process. I explained to James about my business and my needs. James offered helpful advice and was patience with my continued questions and overcoming my fears in proceeding with the purchase. At no time did I feel pressured into the deal... I am self employed as a sales consultant myself and my car is used for business (my office on wheels) so it was important that I purchased the car under the right finance, especially for taxation purpose. This deal was about what's best for me not the car yard... a nice change. Hopefully my accountant will agree too. I have no hesitations in recommending Stratton Finance and James De Ruiter to anyone interested in financing there new vehicle.
