I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Matthew. He was patient, listened to all of my questions and explained all the crazy jargon so it was a bit easier for me to understand. I felt I was able to make a more informed decision, and was happy with the result. It would have been good if all the fees were explained beforehand (which I forgot to ask about), just so I could have planned my available finances a bit better. The only other hiccup was when we had to get one of a form resigned by the witness because he signed/stamped in the wrong place and then post/fax it back again, etc. It added a day or so to the process, but luckily I wasn't in a huge hurry anyway.
