Sean was absolutely fantastic and extremely professional. Having never applied for a loan before, there were lots of terms I didn't understand and Sean was always more than happy to take the time to respond to my questions. He allowed me to feel confident about my decision and, as I am only 23, reminded me that I shouldn't rush my car purchase - and that if I missed out on the car I had my eye on, another one would come up for sale soon!
