Thank-you Stratton for helping me out yet again with obtaining a new vehicle.

The main things that I noticed compared to the first time that I got finance through you guys was that this time the process seemed much harder! Maybe I thought it would be easier cause you have my main details - I knew that all other stuff, ie income, address etc would need to be confirmed/updated but it just seemed like it was never going to end with any outcome.

One other thing that only come to my attention today was that I was never told that I had to have the first payment in yesterday! After reading through the fine print I did find that the first payment was required on settlement which was Frid just gone but I was never reminded to make sure I had the funds available. I changed my bank details so where I used to have funds coming from has changed and therefor didn't have the money in there - plus I copped a dishonor fee! Yes I should have read the fine print but it would have been great to have been reminded.

But overall - least I got my car hey.

Thank-you again Stratton for helping me upgrade my vehicle.
