I don't usually find the time to give timely feedback in situations like this, but it's well deserved in this instance. I had first made contact with James back in December last year when I was entertaining the idea of swapping out to a new vehicle. At the time it didn't happen, but James politely kept in touch with me every few months thereafter to see if I had made any progress and needed his services. When ready to finance a new vehicle this month, I dropped James a quick email on a Friday afternoon and within an hour he had: - Quoted me a good rate for a CHP- Made contact with a dealership of brand car I was looking for, enquired on my behalf for a price (and included a shopping list of accessories I was after!), and 45mins later he was on the phone to me with the best price I had obtained thus far, a contact person at the dealership to liaise with and news that the exact car (model/colour/options) was sitting in the yard.- Listed all paperwork/details required to get the finance arranged.- By early next Monday morning I had the car secured, paperwork sorted, finance approved and the dealership advising me that everything was on track for delivery within a couple of days. I'll recommend James anytime to family/friend/colleagues. Please pass on my thanks. PS: interesting to note that the Subaru dealership I purchased from mentioned that James was the quickest guy in the business, and that there was no point looking into "dealership" finance as James always had the best rate. - Patrick W
