First of all, your website loan calculator was key to introducing us to Stratton Finance. We were not at all considering Stratton but Bill's first phone call to my wife Aileen to introduce himself somehow placed a push pin on our cork board. I attempted dealing with two other financiers directly but I appreciated Bill's aggressiveness and straightforwardness more. I smiled when he strongly mentioned he needs both deals (re-financing of my Holden Viva and a new financing of a Holden Colorado). I saw it as decisiveness and not manipulatory. In saying that, he impressed confidence that the Holden Colorado vehicle financing is possible which by the way is my first priority. Thirdly, Bill sent an email confirming successful approval of my application, whilst the other financier only confirmed verbally. I deal with contracts on my work as a project manager and so correspondence is weightier to me. I would not mention how much drama the other financier had with me for not going to them. - Alain D
