Stephen is quite simply a rockstar and I reckon you should give him a pay rise. He is without a doubt, the most client focused, effective finance consultant I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The fact that I even use the word pleasure is testament to his service excellence as I normally cannot stand anything to do with banks (and I'm a banker!), insurance companies and other time-wasters! I'd be giving him some type of best-in-class award and encouraging the rest of your staff to model his client approach and style.
