I found Owen Kirk to be a very pleasant man, who worked fast to get my finance approved when I first approached him. I was however surprised that it was me that had to ring him the day before I was due to receive the car to find out what else was required of me. I was surprised that he had not rung me to organise the final paperwork etc, and I was left wondering how it would have panned out if I had not rung him. I had felt that maybe it was his responsibility to ensure everything was organised in a timely manner. It may not have been his fault, rather a system failure because there seemed to be a lack of communication between the parties involved. - Tracy M
