Just wanted to express my gratitude for all the work you've done for me in the last couple of weeks. Buying a new car should be a very exciting and pleasurable experience. Unfortunately in these days, there are so many hurdles to overcome from pushy and overbearing salespeople to disappointing service with regards to the ordering process. I expect a very high level of service and quality when it comes to a purchase that in my books, is of a large amount. To this end, I would like to thank you very much for how pleasurable you have made a crucial part of purchasing a new car. The financial side of things (although very necessary) has always been my least favourite part. However, dealing with you and your team at Stratton Finance was certainly very pleasurable. Your friendly and helpful attitude, coupled with superior product knowledge, were very much appreciated. Dealing with you can be summed up with my two favourite words in business - QUICK and EASY!!! I am picking up my new car tomorrow and I want to thank you for your part in making my first experience as a Mercedes owner very pleasurable. I will be in touch in a few years when it's time to trade up.
