I was somewhat reluctant finding someone to refinance my car on the internet, to the point I scrolled through to the last page giving most of the info required then bailed out. Matt phoned me, asking if I had a problem with my application. He was so helpful, his manner was relaxed yet informative he gave me confidence, to go with your company. I had previously asked my accountant to recommend someone, but his guy took ages getting back to me (two days to answer a phone call!) Matt was so on the ball, always rang back when he said he would, answered all queries, sought out the most beneficial way to refinance, and most of all went through the contract with me over the phone. I found him very patient, and trustworthy; he obviously has great people skills. I am going to sell this car most likely, and buy a new one, I wish to have Matt again work on the finance. It is so nice to come across someone who takes the time to treat you as a person. I have already passed on to some of my clients Matt's name. Stratton Finance... who?
