My level of satisfaction is varied. That is, although the deal was done and dusted... it took ages (weeks in lieu of days). Furthermore, I don't object to paying a "checking / clearance" fees, but would have expected a report as to the checks done... given that I can run a check on the vehicle with RACV. But it's nice to see you do follow up and are concerned. - Glynn M
