At the onset, Matthew took the time to explain the options, costs and the process associated with financing a car. He was thorough and patient in explaining relevant aspects. Once the process of financing the car was commenced, I understand that my particular circumstances were different to standard car financing arrangements. Matthew was again extremely patient, proactive, and I certainly think he went "the extra mile" in obtaining information from myself, the vendor and the original owner in a compressed timeframe and overcame many obstacles along the way.
