I had a previous finance arrangement with Stratton with my current car and I dealt with Gerry Giannakis and the experience I had with Stratton was seamless. However, my latest experience with Stratton hasn't gone so well. Stephen's attention to detail in drafting the required contracts was pretty ordinary and lead to the whole process being quite delayed. Stephen also sent multiple consecutive emails with instructions on my steps towards getting the finance arrangement sorted and they had different items to address which made the process difficult to track. Apart from this I'm still very happy with the service Stratton delivers. - Damien C
