I would like to leave some positive feedback regarding James. He was very helpful and efficient. Most important of all he kept me up to date on what was happening on a regular basis - even if there was nothing new. I had originally applied for finance directly through Audi. They would not update me for days at a time, and even when they did, it was only due to me contacting them. In the end I needed to call up on a daily basis. Majority of the time I was only able to leave a message as the finance person was unavailable - and even then they wouldn't call me back. I'm very pleased I went with Stratton. - William T
