In short the service received from Michael was excellent, as I have come to expect when dealing with your company. My only disappointment was the level of charges applied and the lack of understanding of these charges prior to proceeding with the application. The total charges for dealing with Stratton finance was $1,000.00, over and above the providers establishment fees. This is 10% of the loan value and I must say I would not have proceeded if I was made aware of the cost. I contacted Michael to obtain a quote for finance and explained I was comparing his quote to one received from the dealer. Michael provided a quote for $220 per month and we discussed the saving over the term of the loan in comparison to the quote received by the dealer. My decision to proceed with the application was based on this quote. I must say I was then very disappointed to receive the finance documents listing a commission fee to Stratton of $700.00 from the provider and an additional commission request direct from Stratton for a further $300.00 payed in addition to the fees added to the loan. This in turn raised the payment to an uncompetitive level, greater than that quoted by the dealer, negating all savings previously discussed with Michael. I have previously conducted all my business through Stratton Finance and recommended several of my staff to Mark in the past, all have continued to deal with your company. The level of service received from Mark and Michael will ensure my continued loyalty to your company but I will ensure I have a full understanding of these charges in the future.
