I just wanted to let you know that Lukas has been more than helpful in the purchase of both our Jeep and the new Hilux. He was able to find me a great deal both times and was always straight up with me. That was the final reason that we chose to use Stratton again this time. While buying the Hilux Toyota of course tried their best to sell me finance and at the end of the day the loans were quite similar, through Toyota the monthly repayments were slightly less, but the payout interest was higher. I could have gone either way but every time I spoke to Lukas he had things done straight away and wasn't trying to hide anything whereas it was a nightmare trying to get any details on paper from Toyota. I own my business and I am planning to expand in the near future possibly buying 1 or 2 more vehicles. I can tell you with confidence that I won't be wasting my time with Toyota Finance again, my call will go straight to Lukas. He is an asset to your company. - Adam H
