I was referred to Stratton by a work colleague. My initial dealings were with Chris Hanson. He was efficient and polite. He also seemed to know what he could and what he couldn't do. He was able to get approval for my loan promptly, it was the dealership that stuffed around. When the car arrived and Stratton received the invoice from the dealership, it was Sean Dodgson that handled the process (Chris was on holidays). Sean dealt with a couple of concerns (including a stuff up by the lender). He too was efficient and polite. More important to me was that he was honest and kept me informed of what was happening. He also returned my calls when he said he would, something that is rare in today's world. So, I have no fear in using Stratton again, or recommending your services to friends. The fact I dealt with two people and the standard of service was excellent from both indicates to me that Stratton is on the ball and the customer is the priority. Many thanks. - Peter L
