I'm glad to comment on the service received and on your finance consultant Cristian.

In the end I chose Stratton because of the loyalty I felt towards Cristian. Your product was actually more expensive than another company but I felt I owed Cristian the business for all that he had done for me.

From the very beginning Cristian was polite and very professional and always had a can do attitude. Nothing was a problem for him.

At times I'm sure he would have been getting frustrated with me as I continually changed my mind on what kind of car I needed, which resulted in Cris sourcing multiple quotes over and over again. Along with this he provided other services such as contacting car wholesalers to even try and get me a car, and insurance quotes once I purchased the finance.

Cris was always a pleasure to talk to on the phone and and always kept me informed either via phone or email.

I would highly recommend Stratton Finance to others soley based on the service I received from Cris. He is a credit to your company.
