I had a great experience dealing with Stratton Finance and especially the friendliness and expertise of Matt. I haven't ever purchased a car through finance and was rather unfamiliar with the whole process. I found Matt exceptionally diligent, easy to get into contact with, and extremely knowledgable. He is an asset to your company! The procedure and requirements from [the lender] seem to be rather complex however. I was worried with all the paperwork the client had to complete and eventually hand in they may find another buyer in the meantime who was willing to pay cash immediately saving them the trouble. I understand the caution [the lender] needs to take in these situations and this is merely an observation and some general feedback. I will direct friends/family/collegues Matt's way if they are talking about finance. - Alex H
