Lukas was a great help and communicated with me on a regular basis, which indicated to me that he was serious about doing business with us. Secondly Lukas helped out with all the paperwork that sometimes can be overwhelming, especially when doing this for the first time. He came across as very approachable and being a first timer, that is exactly what we wanted. He made time for me to explain how it all worked and just made sure I was OK with what needed to be done.
