As a salesperson myself, I found the customer service at Stratton Finance to be nothing short of fantastic. Particularly, considering urgent circumstances due to the theft of my previous vehicle and the fact that I was un-contactable during business hours, Ben was still able to facilitate a same-day outcome on a new loan. He even proceeded to update me on the progress of the loan via SMS as I was stuck in a training room all day. He was initiating contact with me from as early as 8:00am and as late as 6:30pm each day.
