I am new to leasing and I discovered the Stratton Finance website purely by chance as I was searching and finding out information on novated leases. I had initially abandoned my application halfway through the process, when to my surprise, I received an email and phone call from Eric to ask if he could be of further assistance. Eric explained how the whole process worked with the car dealership, Stratton Finance, my employer and myself in a step by step process. I was very impressed with the way Eric could explain the these complex processes and relationships in a non-confronting, no pressure and easy to understand manner, that was very important to me. Unlike most Finance consultants, I found Eric very personable and I could recognise that Eric was making an impressive effort to get me the best deals for leasing and insurance. I think it was these qualities that made me decide to go with Eric, with the deal, over the finance guys at the car dealership (who were arrogant & rude in comparison). I spoke to Chelsea, the sales consultant at the Honda car dealership, and asked her about her impressions when dealing with Eric. She said that she found Eric to be absolutely fantastic. She also said that "Eric always kept her informed about where the finance process was at, at every step of the way". When the car finally arrived, I felt a little rushed on the day when all the documents had to be signed and sent back, but I'm not sure if there is a way to go around that. I believe Eric is a great asset to your firm. I have requested and received some of his business cards today, which I will undoubtly pass on to my clients and friends should they wish to look for finance. - Norman S
