All I can say is what a smooth and professional service Stratton are providing its consumers. What an honour it would be to be part of such an organisation. Stephen has been the most helpful finance advisor I have ever dealt with. His professionalism, customer service and desire to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated. I had query late one night so I sent Stephen an SMS expecting a reply the following day, within 5 mins of sending the SMS Stephen called to clarify my concern. We were blown away with the level of genuine customer service. I would specifically like to express my appreciation and thanks for the level of service Stephen provided me in obtaining car finance.
