I was pretty "price" driven with my search for finance, although from the beginning was very impressed with the honesty, transparency and how helpful Mark was in the early days of my journey. I then dealt with Frank and at that point I'd made the decision to go with Stratton based on how easy to deal with I felt the company was. With the "advance payments" and "no early termination fees", BMW Finance were the cheapest but I was pleased to see that Stratton were open to matching their total costs. Stephen Ritchie was great with ref to the insurance side of the business, Frank and Mark were excellent from the beginning so have nothing bad to say. One thing that I did not know in the early days was the consequences of early termination fees so it may be worth mentioning to your potential new customers in the early days. If they don't know about these pitfalls, they may go elsewhere with the perception that they are getting a better offer. If I or anyone else needs financing, I'll promote Stratton.
