I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Stratton Finance on their quick response and actions re my motor vehicle finance. Rob Jones should be congratulated for his professionalism and attention to detail from my initial enquiry through to my payment schedule and funds becoming available. Coming from a sales-focused role and managing a sales team of 23 employees and working for a division of Wesfarmers who employees over 200,000 people here in Australia, I understand the importance of customer service and it was great to see this in all facets of dealing with Rob and your organization. Rob was quick to understand the tight time schedule that I was working with to secure this vehicle and his communication and response times were a credit to your business as one of your representatives, in all cases where I sought further information or I had been requested to provide further documentation Rob either answered the call directly himself (almost unheard of in customer service today), or responded to my calls or emails within minutes. Understanding that I had my own busy schedule he offered and received calls after close of business and if I recall one particular call was received after 6pm. I need not have worried re my initial thoughts when I first realized that your organization was Melbourne based and I also had the additional complexities of requiring finance for a vehicle from a private sale vendor, as I not only received a competitive rate, even beating banks that I have been with for more than twenty years, but was able to have the funds deposited in just over two days meeting my requested deadlines. If the current dealings are any indication of the service level I will receive during my finance term with Stratton Finance it will be happy motoring. Once again I would like to congratulate Rob Jones and would be more than happy to recommend him and Stratton Finance for anyone looking for finance solutions. - Greg C
