When I was starting to look for a lease / personal loan I stumbled across your website. I filled in all the required details so that someone was to contact me which was easy enough to do. I then received a phone call from Gerry Giannakis shortly afterwards. I did not purchase the car I was intending to buy at the time due to other circumstances but Gerry would email me every now and then to see how I was going. If he had not done this I would have definatly forgotten about Stratton Finance so this really was the main reason I came back to do business with Stratton. Gerry was extremely helpful and spoke in a way that I could understand him, since I'm not the smartest guy when it comes to this field of work. Being able to contact Gerry on his mobile after hours showed a different level of service, as it seemed as though Gerry had some kind of ownership to this business. Perhaps he does, but at the end of the day I was happy to receive and make phone to and from Gerry. Lastly I would like to thank Gerry for being patient with me but we finally did it and as I mentioned to him "I'll make sure my friends and family call you when they are ready to buy a car" - Dimitris Y
