Allister was good to deal with. The only disappointment was a lack of response on an insurance quote. I actually followed up with you guys twice when I hadn't heard from the insurance person. If you can't deliver it because of staffing issues (which was mentioned) take it out of your approval email as it only damages your image as professionals. Still flag to do the follow-up maybe verbally with the client but that way if it doesn't happen you haven't failed to deliver on a written undertaking. - Peter D
