I thought it important that I write to you directly to compliment a member of your team, Rob Jones. Rob has provided exceptional service since our initial contact. Originally I was looking at a choice between a finance lease, or a novated lease, for a vehicle (for my husband). Having decided on a fully maintained novated lease we were going to go through another company for the finance. My husband's company is based in America, so their understanding of novation is limited. The bottom line is that a month (or more) later we settled for a vehicle allowance. This meant choosing another form of finance. Upon making this decision, I automatically decided to use Rob to organise our finance. My initial belief in his ability was surpassed. He has excelled in liaising with both me and my husband the finance company and the dealership. He is fast, efficient and always returns calls or pre-empts something before it becomes an issue. Having worked in senior customer service roles for many years, it was an absolute delight to deal with Rob.
