I just wanted pass on my positive feedback on the service I have received from Gerry Giannakis. I contacted Stratton online and had a response from Gerry. Initially I didn't action the response as I was in two minds about releasing or buying a new car. Gerry followed me up via e-mail and telephone and eventually we worked through some options. To cut a long story short, the service I received from Gerry was excellent. He was responsive, proactive, has a great customer service ethic and was generally pleasant to deal with - nothing was a problem. Needless to say I proceeded with the lease. Gerry is a great ambassador for Stratton and I'd be happy to recommend your company to friends and colleagues. Excuse my ignorance but I had never heard of Stratton before. If the service I received from Gerry is consistent in your organisation all I can say is well done. Please pass on my thanks again to Gerry. - Dino D
