I'd just like to say that I thought the whole process was really easy and efficient. And it really was a pretty quick and painless process. The Novated Lease information page is a really good summary, which I just forwarded on to my employer when he wanted to know more information about it. The steps to complete the process were really clear and explicit once the process was started, but possibly the information page could have included some broad steps (i.e. do you look for a car first / do you get pre-approval first / etc - in other words order of events).
