Just a quick email to say that I was very impressed with the professional approach of Sean Dodgson; his fearless advice and attention to detail demonstrated clearly that he understands and delivers a high standard of service in your business.The financing and acquisition of my new vehicle was/is a complicated arrangement; the vehicle was finally purchased from North Queensland, shipped to regional Victoria and purchased under a Novated Lease arrangement with my organization - (a rebateable organization). Understanding the logic and laws associated with these complicated contracts was a challenge to me but Sean guided me patiently through the process; his advice was both informative and sound.My wife and I have undertaken a full Novated Lease with another organisation and have been less than impressed; the numbers now seem too high and terminating the lease, after the allotted time, has proven to be difficult - information and assistance has been lacking - one of the reasons we looked around and found your organization. It seems that some people are taking advantage of the complicated nature of these arrangements to make more than they perhaps should?Thanks again for your service and I would be happy, and have already recommended, your services to others. - Mick R
