My initial inquiry was handled promptly and accurately by Nick. I had existing finance and he explained what options I had to exit and refinance for my current vehicle.The second enquiry with respect to repayment and conditions around the new finance also was handled well.When I arrived at your office to sign the new paperwork for the new finance and pay out the existing I was surprised to find that the dollar amounts for the new finance did not match. Nick had not provided me with a written quote at this stage but I had all the numbers, balloon figure, etc., documented. It took us a little time to work through the dollars and he finally worked out where the mistake had occurred. It still cost me more than I had budgeted but at that stage I did not have much of a choice as I had made commitments to the seller. It left a little sour taste in my mouth considering my first finance with Stratton was very smooth.Subsequent to that I was contacted about insurance for my vehicle and signed up also through Stratton.Everything is ok now and the vehicle is going well and a pleasure to drive. - Michael L
