My experience with Stratton and Michael throughout the car purchase was excellent.Michael made the whole process so simple and stress free. Which was wonderful in contrast to an unnamed car company who put up road blocks the whole way through.I found Michael to be very patient with me considering this was my first car purchase and first lease agreement, he took the time to explain options and requirements and I appreciated this greatly. He also proved very helpful with negotiations with the aforementioned car company, especially when they were playing the whole "car salesman" game. - Georgia M
